Why Anonymous Comments Are No Longer Allowed

As of Nov. 3, the Casiano Chronicle no longer accepts comment postings from anonymous commenters; this is largely due to demeaning and discourteous comments from a “nameless peanut gallery” on my October piece, “Israel and Palestine (In America): From the Eyes of an Outsider.”

Comments such as: “How is this article appropriate to AJU, or to you? I don’t think you have enough merit to discuss a topic like this,” from anonymous user “Xoxo” led to the blocking of anonymous comments. Read more »
